Job summary

New Tech Logistics in Archerfield, QLD is seeking a Receive & Dispatch clerk for the PM shift to support the team with inbound and outbound paperwork, pallet dockets, and bookings in our transport management system.

The role requires good communication, time management, and attention to detail. Training will be provided for the Jaix system, and you can work well in a team or autonomously.

Experience in logistics is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound paperwork through Brisbane depot.
• Raise pallet dockets (2IC).
• Debrief delivery paperwork and pallet dockets daily.
• Check pallets against drivers runs and delivery documents.
• Scan delivery documentation and run sheets.
• Daily manifesting in the transport management system.
• Adhoc tasks across the administration team.

Monday - Friday PM Shift

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills – both internal and external
• Good time management
• Great attention to detail skills
• Jaix system knowledge highly regarded but not a must as training will be provided
• Can work in a team environment but also autonomously
• Prior logistics experience preferred but not essential

Role Responsibilities will include:

• Processing of all inbound and outbound paperwork through our Brisbane depot
• Raising of pallet dockets in 2IC
• Debriefing of delivery paperwork and pallet dockets daily
• Checking of pallets against drivers run sheets and delivery documentation
• Scanning – i.e. delivery documentation, drivers run sheets
• Daily manifesting as required in our transport management system
• Adhoc tasks as requested across the administration team.
