Job summary

Accenture is seeking a utility operations expert to support Transmission & Distribution real‑time systems modernization for US clients. The role covers design, implementation, and optimization of SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS, and requires strong analytical and communication skills with client‑facing responsibilities.

The candidate will lead workstreams, conduct assessments, and help translate business needs into actionable technology solutions. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in utility operations and real‑time systems.
• Experience with SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS/OMS or related technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and optimization of real‑time operational systems (SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS).
• Lead project workstreams and activities depending on level and experience.
• Perform current-state assessments and operational improvement evaluations.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy, and manage change.
