Job summary

Elders Albany Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Sales Support Officer on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide expert administration, support the sales team, manage communications, prepare contracts and advertising, and help with trust funds and invoicing.

You will also create marketing content and manage social media to promote the Elders brand. Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused?

Responsibilities

• Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships.
• Answering and redirecting phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
• Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising and contracts, and providing property management assistance.
• Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers, and managing invoices.
• Creating promotional and marketing materials to actively promote the Elders brand.
• Creating content for, and managing, social media accounts.
• Liaising with local suppliers and providers to assist in the day to day running of operations.
