Qualifications

• Sales experience in a real estate capacity is essential.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and develop with the BresicWhitney team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information kits for listing presentations and market research.
• Prepare for, attend and assist at open homes and auctions.
• Manage administration for a high-performing agent.
• Coordinate sales campaigns with vendors, buyers and solicitors.
• Manage marketing campaigns and property listings.
• Diary management and appointment scheduling.
• Attend photoshoots, inspections, and pre-settlement appointments.
• Oversee property presentation and market preparation.
• Qualify prospective buyers and develop future business opportunities.
• Collaborate with BresicWhitney sales team across offices.
