Qualifications

• Estate Agent Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate.
• Current Victorian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong desire to build a career in the industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and negotiate with buyers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client focus and alignment with values of trust, transparency and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process alongside a Senior Sales Consultant.
• Manage buyers and coordinate open for inspections.
• Maintain and update the buyer database and records.
• Assist at auctions and help with day-to-day administrative tasks.
