Nelson Alexander Real Estate in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team. This role supports the leasing process, coordinating open for inspections, handling renter enquiries and assisting with day-to-day administration of the leasing portfolio.

While previous real estate experience is valued, we are open to newcomers who bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine passion for working with people.

Qualificações

• Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property Services.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• A strong customer service background with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with renters, rental providers and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional presentation and positive attitude, with the energy to learn and succeed.
• Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
