Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on or strong interest in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
