Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Process Analyst to examine and improve industrial processes through data analysis and interpretation. You will identify bottlenecks, model processes, and support implementations to boost productivity for operations around Queenstown and the Eastern Cape.

The role requires strong analytics, Excel/SQL skills, and experience with visualization tools, with clear communication to present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related analytical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process analysis or industrial engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, VBA), SQL, and statistics.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart; Power BI and Tableau for visualizations.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; able to support remote operations.

Key Responsibilities
