Job summary

Workskil Australia is hiring a Ready to Work Employment Mentor in Alice Springs, NT. You will deliver trauma-informed case management, mentoring, and employment support to participants in the Ready to Work program pre- and post-release, aiming to improve employability and reduce reoffending.

You will run pre-employment and work readiness programs in NT prisons and build strong partnerships with employers, Corrections, and community organisations to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management and mentoring within employment services.
• Culturally competent, especially with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.
• Willingness to travel across the Northern Territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed case management, mentoring, and employment support.
