Job summary

Technical Resources Pty Ltd in Perth invites an experienced Readiness & Compliance Lead to drive governance, approvals and readiness for major resource and infrastructure projects.

Reporting into a high-performing project team, you will embed compliance into plans, manage risks, and coordinate with functions to ensure land access, regulatory obligations and schedules are aligned across the project lifecycle. This is a Perth-based, Monday–Friday role with a stable roster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in mining, resources or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in project management, approvals, compliance and risk management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory approvals.
• Experience with enterprise compliance and governance systems.
• Knowledge of project controls, risk management and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, planning capability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness and compliance workstreams.
• Ensure approvals, land access and compliance are integrated into plans.
• Drive planning, governance and readiness across the lifecycle.
• Identify schedule risks and recovery strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and resource planning for compliance.
• Review approvals strategies and regulatory pathways.
• Coordinate critical project information between teams.
• Embed compliance into scope, work packages and delivery plans.
• Identify and manage readiness and compliance risks; escalate when needed.
• Maintain governance, reporting and assurance of project performance.
