Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Readiness & Compliance Lead for a Perth-based, 6-month initial contract to drive governance, compliance and obligation management across a major infrastructure project. The role coordinates approvals, land access conditions and management requirements to keep the project moving through development phases.

Qualifications

• Experience with governance, compliance and obligation management on large projects.
• Ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and controls, though formal scheduling experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project obligations, compliance requirements and governance deliverables.
• Support statutory approvals, land access conditions and management requirements.
• Coordinate and track project deliverables required to progress through project phases.
• Support key project stakeholders with readiness and compliance activities.
• Review engineering drawings, management plans and approval-related documentation.
• Coordinate and manage specialist consultants delivering approval and compliance work packages.
• Work closely with project schedulers, risk practitioners and project managers to ensure obligations and commitments are effectively managed.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple project disciplines.
