Rebuild 4 Life Limited is seeking a compassionate wake night carer to join the care team in Liverpool. You will support a 19-year-old client with complex needs, administer medications, assist with PEG feeding and mobility, and help with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in PEG feeding and tracheostomy & stoma care is essential.
• Enhanced DBS with barred list is required.
• Willingness to work wake nights and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
• Administer medication in accordance with prescribed care plans and medical guidelines
• Support clients with PEG feed preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition
• Support client with medical appointments and accompany them when necessary, including driving to appointments
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and review personalised care plans
• Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent needs following first aid protocols

You will work closely with the team, case manager and wider multi disciplinary team to ensure person centred care is delivered whilst following the best practice legislation.
