Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) is seeking a Mobile App Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile apps for iOS and Android. You’ll work across React Native with native modules (Swift/Objective C, Kotlin/Java) and craft reusable UI components aligned with design systems.

Enhance app performance, security, and accessibility while contributing to automated testing and release processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in mobile development environments.
• Solid understanding of OO and design patterns.
• Strong React Native experience for cross‑platform mobile development.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and estimates.
• Design and code React Native features and native modules.
• Write unit and integration tests (Jest, Detox).
• Assist with build and release processes for App Store and Google Play.
