Job summary

HCF Australia is seeking a Mobile App Engineer to design, develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native. You will translate business requirements into scalable features and work with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will implement secure auth flows, test suites, and automated pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions), while contributing to code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years mobile development experience with React Native.
• Strong TS/JavaScript, native module integration, and UI component design.
• Experience releasing apps to App Store and Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Implement secure auth flows, data handling, and privacy compliance.
• Build reusable UI components aligned with design systems.
• Write unit/integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
