Job summary

Linfox in East Arm NT is seeking an experienced Reach StackER operator to support day-to-day operations, loading/unloading containers from trains, trucks and trailers, and general yard duties in a fast-paced team.

The role features a permanent rotating AM + PM shift pattern and a safety-focused culture. Candidates should hold a Reach Stacker licence and be proficient with SAP or similar systems, with opportunities for career development within a leading logistics business.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Reach Stacker licence.
• Experience loading/unloading freight.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (SAP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Operate reach stacker to load/unload containers from trains, trucks and trailers.
• Stage orders and maintain tidy workspace.
• Support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced yard environment.

What does the job look like?

We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced Reach Stacker operator to join our high-performing team in East Arm NT. This role will be responsible for supporting our day-to-day operations including loading/unloading containers from train/trucks/trailers, staging containers, consolidating freight and general yard duties. We have a permanent rotating AM + PM shift role available, working 1 week AM shift Monday to Friday, then rotating onto PM shifts the following week. Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
• Reach Stacker operation
• Loading and unloading trains, trucks and trailers
• General duties including staging orders and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Thriving in a fast-paced, team environment

Are you the one?

• Hold a valid Reach Stacker licence
• Loading and unloading freight with confidence
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms
• Very safety conscious and be able to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Access to reliable transport
• Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
• A team player with a can-do attitude
