Job summary

Emmaus Catholic College Kemps Creek is seeking a skilled Religious Education and HSIE Teacher for a permanent full-time role starting Term 1, 2027. The successful candidate will teach Religious Education in Stages 4-6 and HSIE, delivering explicit, evidence-based instruction while supporting diverse learner needs.

Emmaus Catholic College, Kemps Creek, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Religious Education and HSIE Teacher to join our welcoming school community on a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualifications to teach Religious Education in Stages 4-6 and HSIE


• Strong knowledge base and understanding of explicit teaching and evidence-based approaches to learning.


• An understanding of how to best cater for students needs to maximise student learning.


• Sound understanding of the learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and learning feedback.
