Zusammenfassung

Ferrovial Construction in Birmingham seeks an Agent to lead railhead infrastructure and track construction across Lot 3, supporting HS2 requirements with safety, planning and delivery excellence.

You will manage construction teams, supervise subcontractors, coordinate interfaces with civil works and railway systems contractors, and drive testing, commissioning and handover from planning through to delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering major rail infrastructure or track construction projects.
• Experience with railheads, logistics hubs or railway access facilities.
• Strong knowledge of track construction methods and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and interfaces.

• Lead safe, efficient delivery of railhead infrastructure and track construction.
• Manage site activities, resources, and subcontractors to meet programme and budget.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes and access plans.
