Monadelphous Group is seeking a Rail Track Maintainer to join our ongoing maintenance crew. You will contribute to track upkeep and safety across our sites, delivering reliable railway services.

The role requires rail experience, a valid licence, and strong communication skills to work effectively in a small team. Local rights to work in Australia are essential, with remote/in interstate relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Rail Industry Workers Card is required.
• Rail experience as a Labourer or Track Maintainer.
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence.
• Skid Steer / Excavator tickets would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well within a small team.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service railway tracks as part of the maintenance crew.
• Contribute to ongoing rail maintenance works across sites.
