Job summary

Sydney Trains is inviting applications for a Program Manager - Condition Monitoring (temporary up to 12 months) in Clyde, NSW. The role drives the delivery of cutting-edge Condition Monitoring systems across trains, tracks and infrastructure, delivering safer, smarter maintenance outcomes.

Leading complex programs from planning to delivery, you will manage scope, budget, risk, governance and stakeholder expectations while coaching managers to build delivery capability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, engineering or operational programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, governance, risk and project reporting.
• Track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technological transformation of rail maintenance and reliability.
• Lead innovative technology programs that will shape the future of rail.
• Join Sydney Trains Major Works division and lead the delivery of Condition Monitoring systems that inspect trains, tracks, and infrastructure.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from planning through to delivery and implementation.
• Coach Project Managers to build delivery capability.
• Manage scope, budget, risk, governance, quality and stakeholder expectations.
