Job summary

Sydney Trains is inviting applications for a Program Manager - Condition Monitoring (temporary up to 12 months) in Clyde, NSW. The role drives the delivery of cutting-edge Condition Monitoring systems across trains, tracks and infrastructure, delivering safer, smarter maintenance outcomes.

Leading complex programs from planning to delivery, you will manage scope, budget, risk, governance and stakeholder expectations while coaching managers to build delivery capability.

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager with:

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, engineering or operational programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, governance, risk and project reporting.
• A track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering successful outcomes.

Role until 10 July 2027, with likely extension.
