Job summary

Downer Rail seeks an experienced Recruitment & Sourcing Business Partner to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition for RTS. You will support multiple stakeholders from our North Ryde, Brisbane CBD or Melbourne CBD offices.

You will develop sourcing strategies, ensure high-quality recruitment, and provide market insights to improve workforce planning while supporting diversity initiatives and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in a large multi-disciplinary organisation.
• Blue- and white-collar recruitment experience.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality recruitment service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders across RTS, including attraction, sourcing, workforce planning, recruitment, mobilisation and onboarding.
• Provide market insights to stakeholders and support diversity and inclusion initiatives such as Women on Track and Fast Track.
