Job summary

Downer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure team at the Brisbane Airport office. You’ll partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across a broad range of roles from frontline to senior leadership.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure team, based at our Brisbane Airport office. As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, develop sourcing strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across a diverse portfolio of roles, ranging from frontline operational positions through to specialist and senior leadership appointments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative recruitment team where you'll have the autonomy to influence hiring outcomes, drive innovative sourcing strategies and partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting across a mix of frontline and salaried roles, either within an internal recruitment team or a recruitment agency environment
• Proven sourcing and search experience across platforms such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), Awards and employment conditions
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional candidate care and communication skills
• A champion of inclusive hiring practices who promote equal opportunities for all candidates
• Ability to build strong business relationships and understand hiring managers requirements
