Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking talented engineers for a Systems Engineering & Safety Assurance role in Australia, with opportunities in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast. You will work on complex rail projects, delivering systems integration, testing, commissioning, and operations & maintenance integration.

Strong RAMS and V&V awareness is desirable, with exposure to IBM ELM preferred. The role offers diverse project work, collaborative teams, and pathways to grow within a global consultancy focused on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience managing large, complex projects.
• Experience integrating complex systems across subsystems to end-to-end.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, and allocation of resources.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering, V&V, and operational concepts.
• Experience with RAMS and assurance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform project-specific systems integration duties across varied clients.
• Develop plans, programs of work, and support operational testing activities.
• Create readiness and rehearsal plans, and integration roadmaps.
• Work on technical requirements, conditions, and task definitions.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and resources for campaigns.
