Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking talented engineers to join the Australian Systems Engineering and Integration team, focusing on Systems Engineering & Safety Assurance in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast. You will perform project-specific integration duties across clients, delivering tests, readiness plans, and roadmaps.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in managing large projects, RAMS focus, and familiarity with V&V and IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.
• Experience integrating complex systems end-to-end.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles (V&V).

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise in rail operations and maintenance to deliver systems integration capabilities.
• Develop plans, programs of work and support operational testing activities.
• Create operational readiness and rehearsal plans and roadmaps for integration.
• Work on technical requirements and task definitions from concepts.
• Develop test plans, cases and resources for lab, on-site and operational tests.
