Job summary

Egis is seeking a Signalling Design Engineer to join our Railways and Systems team in Adelaide. You will produce high-level signalling designs, interpret standards and support bid/tender activities.

Ideally you have 5+ years in railway signalling, engineering qualifications, Engineers Australia accreditation, and IRSE membership. This role offers flexible work options and the chance to contribute to significant Australian and New Zealand projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in railway signalling
• Knowledge of Australian railway standards and guidelines
• Strong collaboration with national signalling team and clients

Responsibilities

• Design high-level signalling documentation and system architecture
• Check and lead designers on minor to medium sized projects
• Test and commission signalling systems and supporting assets
• Collaborate on bids/tenders, producing high-quality documentation
