• Experience in turnkey rail signalling projects (ETCS/ERTMS/CBTC).
• Experience with large multi-cultural teams and resource management.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities.

• Plan engineering activities with the Project Manager and design teams.
• Oversee engineering delivery, change management, and risk reviews.
• Lead design reviews and configuration management.
• Provide system engineering; report status and risk.
• Ensure safety and continuous improvement in all activities.
