Qualifications
- Proven experience in rail safety, safeworking, operations, or compliance within the rail industry.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support rail safety programs and projects.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Protection Officer staff.
- Drive compliance with Rail Safety National Law and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report on safety performance.
- Develop project plans and manage stakeholders.
