Qualifications

• DA – essential
• MR or HR licence (HR highly regarded)
• Previous experience operating buses or coaches
• Strong knowledge of SEQ roads (desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing

Casual Rail Replacement Bus Drivers – Experienced (QLD DA Required)

We're looking for experienced Bus and Coach Drivers to join Kinetic's casual pool supporting rail replacement services across South East Queensland.

If you're a confident, customer-focused driver who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to keep services running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As part of our rail replacement team, you'll play a key role in keeping communities moving when rail services are disrupted. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts, ideal for drivers seeking additional hours or varied work.

• Work across planned and unplanned rail replacement services

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate buses across rail replacement routes
• Deliver a high standard of customer service during disruptions
• Follow operational instructions and adapt to changing conditions
• Work collaboratively with control teams and other drivers

What You'll Need

• Valid Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA) – essential
• MR or HR Licence (HR highly regarded)
• Previous experience operating buses or coaches
• Strong knowledge of SEQ roads (desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
