Job summary

Aurizon in Darwin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead rail infrastructure projects within a well-established infrastructure team. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end rail solutions in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong communication, risk management and the ability to travel across the Northern Territory and South Australia. A tertiary degree and PM qualifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering rail infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and risks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Tertiary degree and recognised PM qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of rail infrastructure replacement, modification or maintenance projects
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets
• Manage project change and risks with mitigation strategies
• Generate project reporting for sponsors and senior management
• Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers throughout the lifecycle
