CPB Contractors Pty is seeking a project controls professional to support the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project near Brisbane, coordinating cost control, planning and reporting. You will apply project management principles, utilise Primavera P6 and Excel, and manage data accuracy and stakeholder reporting while contributing to on-site delivery through a multi-disciplinary team.

• Relevant experience in project controls, cost control, planning or project coordination on large infrastructure or capital projects.
• Practical understanding of project management principles, including cost, schedule, risk and change control.
• Proficiency in project controls systems and tools (e.g. Primavera P6, Excel, cost management systems)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing project data and reporting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address issues.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and reporting requirements in a project environment.
• Commercial awareness, including basic understanding of contracts, budgets, and financial processes.

• Support on short- and long-term construction planning, including submittals, startup planning and programming.
