Job summary

Queensland Rail is offering a permanent Facilities Maintainer role based at Beenleigh Depot (Brisbane area). You will join a team performing corridor vegetation control, grounds maintenance and precinct works across QR sites, with daily safety briefings and site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in vegetation control using whipper-snippers and mowers.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MR licence highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Be present for daily briefings including important safety information.
• Use of a work tablets to review and complete work orders.
• Complete mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, and various other vegetation control management, graffiti removal, litter removal, pressure cleaning, etc
• Travel between sites across the network
