Job summary

CPB Contractors is delivering a major rail infrastructure project in South East Queensland. The Contract Administrator will manage the commercial administration of key rail and station packages on site in the Logan region, supporting project objectives and commercial outcomes.

You will work with Contracts Managers and delivery teams to administer subcontractor packages, handle variations, payment claims and EOTs, ensuring contract compliance and timely closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration within large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of subcontracts, variations and claims.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontractor packages, variations, and payment claims on site.
• Assist Contracts Managers and delivery teams to achieve project objectives and timely commercial outcomes.
• Manage EOTs (extensions of time) and ensure contract compliance on the Logan rail project.
