John Holland is delivering the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. A Civil Project Engineer role sits at Beerburrum, coordinating civil and rail construction for the B2N project in a live environment.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance while applying designs and contractual requirements. It’s a challenging Tier 1 setting with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects valued at $10M+.
• Site-based construction experience across complex civil environments.
• Strong planning, programming, cost control, risk management and commercial delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the safe and successful delivery of civil and rail construction works.
• Champion a strong safety culture through proactive risk management and QA practices.
• Drive construction progress by coordinating site activities to milestones.
• Support cost control, forecasting and budget management to maximise outcomes.
• Lead subcontractors to achieve safety, quality, productivity and workmanship.
• Interpret complex designs and specifications to guide delivery.
• Coordinate procurement and tender activities with timely engagement.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legislative and project requirements.
