Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is seeking a senior engineering assurance lead to govern national efforts across tenders and live infrastructure projects. The role may be based at any MCS head-office location in Australia, reflecting a national remit.

You will develop assurance strategies, coordinate reviews, monitor progress and drive risk resolution while ensuring safe, sustainable and commercially sound outcomes through design, procurement and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Engineering tertiary qualification, Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
• Substantial design and construction experience and technical assurance leadership on complex tenders and projects.
• Broad engineering knowledge with strong planning, cost-management and commercial judgement.
• Experience identifying safety, environmental, quality and engineering risks and providing effective technical challenge.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication across delivery models.
