Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Senior Architect to be the first on the ground as our interstate studio expands into Queensland. Based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, you’ll work across major Sydney rail projects alongside an exciting local project.

This long-term fully remote / hybrid role is backed by senior in-person support when needed. The ideal candidate enjoys client-facing work and helping the studio grow its local presence by building relationships with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Senior Architect or Architect with registration ideal.
• Experience in rail, transport or infrastructure projects.
• Proven documentation and delivery capability.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and interstate team.
• Interest in business development is highly regarded.

This is a rare opportunity for an Architect to be the first on the ground for an established interstate studio expanding into Queensland. Based in Brisbane (or the Gold Coast), you’ll work across major Sydney rail projects alongside an exciting local project.

This is a long-term fully remote / hybrid role, backed by senior in-person support whenever you need. The ideal candidate will enjoy the client-facing and people side of architecture, keen to build relationships alongside your seniors and to help this studio grow their local presence.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Senior Architect or Architect (registration ideal)
• Prior rail, transport or infrastructure experience
• Strong documentation anddelivery skills
• Positive, personable and comfortable speaking with clients and theinterstate team
• An ambition or interest in business development is highly regarded for this role
