Imaging Associates is seeking a Receptionist for the Wonthaggi radiology department. You will be the first point of contact for patients, provide information about appointments, and work closely with clinicians to ensure smooth imaging services.

• Availability to roster 8am–6pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing appointment information.
• Liaising with hospital staff to facilitate imaging.
• Managing calls and patient bookings.
• Responding to patient and referrer enquiries.
• Handling patient invoicing and receipting.
