Capital Radiology invites applications for an Office Supervisor role based at our Dandenong clinic. This full-time position offers a leadership-focused path in a busy radiology admin environment.

You will work with patients, referrers and a team to ensure efficient front-office operations, confidentiality, and exceptional service in a supportive, community-oriented clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills ideally within a radiology or medical office environment.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers and team members.
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Solid organisational and time management skills is essential.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation will be highly regarded.
