Job summary

WIN Network is seeking a motivated Promotions/Marketing on-call to represent i98FM across the Illawarra region. You’ll be out on-the-road promoting clients, engaging with locals and embodying the station’s brand on weekends.

This casual role suits someone with 1–2 years of customer service or promotions experience and a genuine interest in media. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, able to deliver promotional ideas, and passionate about content creation, with excellent communication

Qualifications

• 1–2 years exceptional customer service or promotions experience.
• Genuine interest in media industry and flair for working with the public.
• Creative and energetic with ability to implement promotions and marketing strategies.
• Passion for content creation.
• Maintain brand integrity at all times.
• Engage with and meet client expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bright, bubbly personality with a can-do attitude.
• Good team player with ability to foster a positive team environment.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Formal qualification or study in related field (desirable).
