Job summary

National Wireless Pty Ltd is seeking skilled technicians for our Newcastle team to install and maintain advanced wireless communications systems. Based at our Newcastle repair depot, you will support customers with hands-on fault-finding and technical configurations, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The role requires a Certificate III in Electronics, Communications or Electrotechnology (or equivalent) and a proactive, safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications

• A proactive and positive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
• Strong technical aptitude for problem-solving and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with radio systems or industrial electronics and fault-finding.
• Certificate III or equivalent in radio industry electrical trades.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install cutting edge communications solutions at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair radio products and related infrastructure.
• Configure radio and software to meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform site assessments and proactive maintenance.
• Provide remote support for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures.
• Support sales staff and assist with project planning.
