Job summary

Parchem Construction Supplies, part of DuluxGroup, is the licensed manufacturer and distributor of Fosroc products in Australia. As a Research & Development Chemist, you'll help develop the next generation of construction products that support Fosroc’s leading position.

This is a hands-on R&D role where you'll be actively involved in formulation, testing and product development, working closely with experienced scientists and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into commercially successful

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Chemistry, Applied Science or a related STEM discipline.
• Formulation experience would be beneficial, ideally with construction chemicals.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and leveraging data insights.
• Proven problem-solving capability and a structured approach to root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to quality outcomes.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Drive to develop market-leading products and deliver commercially successful outcomes.
