Dulux Acratex, part of DuluxGroup, is seeking an R&D Chemist to develop the next generation of coating technologies for cementitious render products and beyond. You will work hands-on across formulation, testing and product development with experienced scientists and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into commercially successful products.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, data-driven insights and collaboration, with opportunities to expand into other coating technologies as you grow.

Qualificações

• Degree qualifications in Chemistry, Applied Science or a related STEM discipline.
• Formulation experience in coatings, paints or related industries is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and leveraging data insights.
• Proven problem-solving capability and a structured approach to root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to quality outcomes.
• Collaborative team player with ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
