Job summary

Booleroo Centre District School is seeking a Senior Leader B-2 to drive timetabling, data management and continuous improvement for a dynamic R-12 rural school.

Working with the Principal and leadership team, you will coordinate whole‑school timetabling, support staff to collect and analyse student data, collaborate with Professional Learning Communities to translate evidence into targeted improvement strategies, and contribute to literacy, numeracy, wellbeing and student agency across Primary

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership roles within a school setting.
• Ability to lead timetabling and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Collaborative approach with principals, staff and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate whole-school timetabling across R-12.
• Lead data collection, analysis and use to identify needs and progress.
• Partner with Professional Learning Communities to translate evidence into improvements.
• Contribute to priorities in literacy, numeracy, wellbeing and student agency.
• Support staff capacity-building and evaluate impact of improvements.
