Job summary

The Curriculum Support Officer at Lynwood Senior High School (Parkwood) will provide administrative, reporting and timetabling support to the Principal, Operations Manager, Deputy Principals and teaching staff. They will maintain databases, extract and generate reports to enhance school operations.

Strong ICT skills, including spreadsheets, and experience with Integris, Compass and Reporting to Parents (RTP) are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• High level ICT skills and ability to manipulate data with spreadsheets.
• Experience with Integris, Compass and RTP systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for a busy school office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, reporting and timetabling support to the Principal, Operations Manager, Deputy Principals and teaching staff.
• Maintain and monitor administrative and curriculum databases, extract and generate reports to enhance school operations.
• Coordinate and support internal and external processes; assist with timetable maintenance within Integris.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; work autonomously as required.
