Booleroo Centre District School is seeking a Senior Leader B-2 to lead timetabling, data management and whole-school improvement. The role collaborates with the Principal and leadership team to ensure systems support quality teaching and learning across R-12 in a rural setting.

The successful candidate will work across Primary and Secondary settings, contributing to literacy, numeracy and wellbeing priorities, while supporting staff to apply evidence-informed practice and monitor progress.

Position Descriptor

Working at Booleroo Centre District School as a Senior Leader B-2 provides an opportunity to play a key role in the leadership and ongoing improvement of a dynamic R-12 rural school. The role has a strong focus on timetabling, school data management and school improvement, working closely with the Principal and leadership team to ensure that organisational systems support quality teaching and learning. The successful leader will oversee and coordinate whole-school timetabling and and work with the Daily Operations Manager, support staff to effectively collect, analyse and use student data to identify needs and monitor progress, and work alongside Professional Learning Communities to translate evidence into targeted improvement strategies. The role will contribute to our priorities in literacy, numeracy, wellbeing and student agency, supporting staff to build consistent, evidence-informed practice and evaluate the impact of their work. It provides an opportunity to work across both Primary and Secondary settings, strengthen staff capacity, contribute to whole-school improvement and make a meaningful difference to student outcomes within a collaborative and supportive rural school community.

Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
