Job summary

Estia Health Pty is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to back the Regional Manager in driving operational excellence across a portfolio of aged care homes. The role focuses on optimizing workforce, ensuring compliance, and leading large, diverse teams to improve resident experience.

You will analyse data, develop strategic plans, and drive change in a complex environment while maintaining a strong customer-first approach and adherence to health policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership roles in aged care.
• Proven ability to lead large/diverse teams and drive change.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Outstanding customer service and customer-first approach.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of quantitative and qualitative data, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational plans, driving compliance.
• Knowledge of funding, health/aged care national policy and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Manager in delivering operational excellence across the portfolio of homes.
• Optimize workforce in local home managers to improve resident experience.
• Ensure clinical and non-clinical compliance across all homes.
• Lead large and diverse teams, manage change and improvement in a complex environment.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans, driving compliance and improvement.
• Facilitate leadership development, communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
