Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a motivated Quarry Operator for the Canberra Quarry in Williamsdale. You will operate loaders, dump trucks, excavators and crushing/screening plant, plus assist with maintenance and weighbridge duties.

A strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team are essential. This permanent full-time role offers a fixed hourly rate of AUD 42.17, with potential overtime and Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Loader, Dump Truck, Excavator or Crushing & Screening preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment including loaders, dump trucks and excavators.
• Fix and inspect fixed/mobile plant for safe operation.
• Assist with general maintenance and weighbridge duties as required.
• Support team to complete quarry tasks efficiently and safely.
