Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on Quarry Labourer based at White Rock Quarry in Queensland. The role often starts around 5am–6am and can extend beyond 10 hours per day, performing daily quarry operations and various site tasks.

You will carry out general labour and maintenance, contributing to a productive, safe work environment. Ideal candidates are ticketed with Loaders, Excavator and Haul Trucks, and comfortable using Loadrite scales.

Qualifications

• Ticketed with heavy machinery (Loaders, Excavator, Haul Trucks).
• Ability to operate Loadrite scales is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

About the role

• Based at our White Rock Quarry
• Most days will start between 5am and 6am and operators can do up to and over 10 hours per day.
• Carry out the day-to-day operation of various duties around the quarry
• Perform general labour or maintenance activities around the site

About you

• Experienced and ticketed with Loaders, Excavator and Haul Trucks
• Have the ability to use Loadrite scales (highly advantageous)
• Hold a positive and high regard for safety policies and procedures
• Are a team player and enjoy being part of a productive team
