Job summary

Randstad is seeking experienced Front End Loader, Excavator, and Haul Truck operators for an immediate start at a busy quarry in Wollert. The role offers a standard day shift, OT on weekdays and some Saturdays, with a temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidates.

Pay rate is $43.00–$46.00/hr plus super and penalties. Applicants must have valid tickets, a C‑class license, pass medicals, screenings, and police checks to be considered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a quarry, civil, or earthmoving environment.
• Valid RII tickets for Front End Loader (LL), Excavator (LE), or Haul/Dump Truck.
• C-Class driver's license and reliable personal transport.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
• Mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening.
• National Police Check clearance.

Our client is currently seeking experienced Front End Loader, Excavator, and Haul Truck operators for an immediate start at a busy quarry in Wollert.

Shift: Standard Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm)

Overtime: Regular weekday OT and occasional Saturday shifts as required

Pay Rate: $43.00 - $46.00/hr + super + penalty rates

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm pathway available for the right candidates

What We Are Looking For:
