Job summary

WorkPac is seeking experienced Loader and/or Dump Truck Operators for a 12-month assignment at Gosnells Quarry in Western Australia. The role runs Monday to Friday from 5pm to 5am, with a competitive rate of $42.16 per hour plus a 15% night shift allowance.

You will operate CAT 980 loaders and/or dump trucks, perform pre-start inspections, and work with the quarry team to meet production targets and safety standards. A current driver's licence, White Card, and PEM/DAS screening are required.

Qualifications

• CAT 980 experience required.
• Loader or Dump Truck operator experience.
• RII or recognised tickets preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• White Card holder.
• Ability to pass PEM & DAS screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT 980 loaders and/or dump trucks safely in a quarry.
• Load, move and handle quarry materials with high safety and productivity.
• Complete pre-start inspections and maintain mobile plant per site rules.

About the Client:

Our client is a well-established quarrying and resources company operating in the Gosnells area. They are seeking experienced Loader and/or Dump Truck Operators to join their team on an ongoing 12-month assignment, working a Monday to Friday night shift roster.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating CAT 980 loaders and/or dump trucks safely and efficiently within a quarry environment.
• Loading, moving, and handling quarry materials while maintaining a high standard of safety and productivity.
• Carrying out pre-start inspections and ensuring mobile plant is operated and maintained in accordance with site requirements.
• Working collaboratively with the quarry team to ensure production targets and workplace health and safety standards are met.

What You Will Need:

• CAT 980 experience
• Loader Operator and/or Dump Truck Operator experience
• RII or recognised operating tickets preferred
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• White Card
• Ability to pass PEM & Drug and Alcohol Screening (DAS)
