Heidelberg Materials Australia is hiring multiple process and mobile plant operators for our Perth hardrock quarry. The role covers fixed plant maintenance, mobile operation and general processing duties, with shifts starting around 8:30 am and finishing by 6:30 pm on weekdays.
This full-time position offers an attractive hourly rate of AUD 37.93 with overtime and holiday penalties, daily allowances, rostered days off, and ongoing training within a globally leading building materials company.
Are you an experienced Quarry Operator, Fixed Plant Operator or Process Operator or have previously worked as part of a mobile crushing or screening/processing team? Heidelberg Materials is looking to hire multiple process and mobile plant operators as it seeks to increase output at one of its major Perth Hardrock quarrying operations.
Located 4 km South of Byford, accessible from both Rockingham and Mandurah. Byford Quarry has been supplying crushed hard rock building materials into the Perth market for over half a century, with operations projected to extend for a further 75 years.
Starting at 830am (although with flexibility should you need to work in with school start hours for example) and finishing at 630pm weekdays this opportunity will include fixed plant maintenance inspections, mobile plant operation and general quarrying and processing responsibilities.
